Physiotherapy
At Stride Movement Medicine, you can expect to receive hands-on, manual treatment from our Registered Physiotherapists, but they will also hold you accountable to participating in your recovery - because this is the key to long-term wellness, health, and longevity. And that means you have to do your homework. As part of your treatment plan, you’ll receive at-home exercises and stretches tailored to help you heal, recover, and become stronger.
Chiropractic
Our chiropractors are hands-on, manual practitioners that use diversified adjustment techniques to provide myofascial release and joint manipulation. They may also utilize acupuncture during the treatment to improve healing and recovery time. Our chiropractors can also assist you with custom orthotics, compression socks/sleeves, and orthopedic braces. They are knowledgeable in rehab exercises and movement repatterning.
During your session, your chiropractor will assess, treat, and educate in order to develop a treatment plan catered towards your specific complaint(s).
We treat all people and all ages.
